SynqSol AI launched in India, will help in every major decision from career to relationship

Technology Desk – Indian startup SynqSol has launched its new AI-based decision intelligence platform in the country. This platform claims to help in taking major decisions related to career, studies, relationships and life by analyzing the user’s behavior, way of thinking and his compatibility with others. This system gives suggestions based on psychometric assessment, review by psychologists and AI based data analysis. However, the company has clarified that it is not a substitute for medical or mental health advice.

This platform is based on HOS 1.0 technology

According to the company, this platform works on ‘Sync Human Operating System’ (HOS 1.0). In this, the user has to complete psychometric assessments (answer questions) designed on behavioral and psychological structures. The system then generates detailed reports on the user’s decision-making habits, stress, behavior and coordination with others. These reports and suggestions are also reviewed by professional psychologists, so that the user can also assess the changes in his behavior from time to time.

This smart platform has been designed not only for common individuals but also for universities, companies and other institutions. It can be used in companies’ recruitment process, employee engagement, leadership development, team planning and assessing student stress. Apart from this, it also provides facilities like rapport report between two people or groups, student and employee well-being tool, self-help material and counseling support through ‘Syncsessions’. The company said that its assessments have been prepared keeping in mind the social and cultural conditions of India.

Venkat Rao, founder of Syncsol, said that in today’s digital era, people have no shortage of information, but still many people feel confused and tired in taking decisions. The main objective of this platform is to help people understand themselves better before taking big decisions. The SyncSoul app is currently available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The company is also preparing to launch its web version in the future. Also it is recognized by DPIIT under the ‘Startup India’ programme.
