NEET Paper Leak: Why medical paper is not leaked in America, influencer told the big reason

Why US MCAT Medical Exam Never Leaks Unlike India NEET Paper Leak: In India, massive protests by students are going on continuously after the leak of question papers of NEET entrance exam. Students are demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and appealing to the government to take tough decisions. Sarika, an Indian influencer living in America, has shared important information about the medical examination system there.

Sarika has explained in very simple words why medical exam paper is never leaked in America. While in India NEET is conducted for medical admission, in America MCAT exam is conducted. The full form of MCAT is Medical College Admission Test which is completely computer based and very secure.

Computerized and secure examination

The MCAT exam is conducted under strict supervision in fully modern and secure computerized centers. There is absolutely no hassle of any kind of physical paper and printing. Apart from this, this examination is not conducted just once in a year but on different months and on many dates, due to which the pressure of crowd is greatly reduced.

Risk increases due to offline examination

NEET exam conducted in India is completely offline i.e. pen and paper mode. In this process, lakhs of physical papers have to be printed and then safely delivered to thousands of centres. Due to covering such a long distance, there is always a risk of a major lapse in the security of these papers in transit, which is taken advantage of by the copying mafia.

heavy pressure of one day exam

NEET exam is conducted simultaneously across the country on the same fixed date and in the same shift. Due to this, the pressure and temptation to leak the exam paper or take unfair advantage becomes very high. Due to its huge scale, administrative and security lapses at the local level are often easily committed at remote examination centres.

Different question papers are available

In the American entrance examination, no student gets exactly the same question paper but different sets come. These questions come randomly which are then equalized for all students through score scaling. Whereas in the NEET exam conducted in India, there is only one common question paper for all the candidates across the country.

Very strict safety rules

MCAT is always conducted in highly secure test centers like Pearson VUE in America. Here, before the examination, biometric testing, digital monitoring and strict rules are followed and carrying of phones is completely prohibited. Since there is only one paper, if the paper gets leaked from one place in NEET, then it immediately spreads rapidly across the country.
