According to media reports and latest updates, EPFO has started crediting the interest money at the rate of 8.25 percent fixed for the financial year 2025-26 in the bank and PF accounts of crores of subscribers of the country. This amount has started appearing in the accounts of the members from July 15, 2026, due to which there is a lot of happiness among the working class. Login there using your Universal Account Number (UAN), password and captcha code. After this, select your member ID and view the passbook, where you will clearly see the employee’s share, employer’s share and credited interest. UMANG App: Open the UMANG app on your smartphone and select the option ‘EPFO Services’. After this, go to the passbook section, enter your UAN number and check the balance by logging in through the OTP received on the registered mobile number. Keep in mind that for this your mobile number should be active. SMS Facility: You can also know your balance by sending a short message from your registered mobile number. For this you have to write EPFOHO UAN ENG and send it to number 7738299899. Missed Call Service: You can also get your PF balance information by giving a missed call directly to 9966044425 from your registered mobile number.
