Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a scathing attack on opposition parties during the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of a massive development project in Ambedkar Nagar. In a stern tone, the Chief Minister said, “Those who can’t manage their own organization and themselves, how can they manage this vast state with a population of 250 million people?” This was the main reason why, during the Samajwadi Party regime, governments always surrendered to rioters. He launched a scathing attack on the opposition, saying that now, if anyone threatens to incite a riot, they receive a blunt response: “Come on, child, incite a little riot, and we’ll teach you exactly what a riot is.”
CM Yogi’s scathing attack on Noida’s superstition and fear of power
Addressing the event, CM Yogi openly criticized the fears and superstitions of previous governments. He said that even before 2017, there were Chief Ministers in the state, but they never had the time to visit Govind Sahib Dham. They were afraid to visit Noida, fearing they might lose their position. The Chief Minister explained that when he came to power in 2017 and planned to visit Noida, he too was threatened with the threat of losing his position. He bluntly stated that even if the position he was destined to lose tomorrow were lost today, he would not care, because he had come to serve the people. Ultimately, the public banished those cowardly leaders from their positions forever.
Development projects worth Rs 706 crore and a new fair format
During his visit to Ambedkar Nagar, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 194 development projects worth over ₹706 crore for the Jalalpur, Alappur, and Tanda assembly constituencies. He also distributed acceptance letters, certificates, and checks for government schemes to several beneficiaries. Making a historic announcement, the Chief Minister announced that the annual Govind Saheb Dham fair will now be officially recognized as a “State Fair.” In response to demands from local representatives, the fair will be integrated with grand state traditions and modern tourist amenities. The government will also soon introduce a new youth policy, which will place special emphasis on education, health, skill development, and employment.

Attacking the previous Samajwadi Party government, CM Yogi said that during that period, people carrying bicycle flags used to extort money and had control over everything from police stations to tehsils. As soon as a government job advertisement was published, the “uncle-nephew duo” would jump into the fray to extort money. Nepotism was so rampant that qualified youth could never find a job without paying. He said that previously, each district had a major mafia, and the era of “One District, One Mafia” was prevalent. Today, under his government, “One District, One Product” and “One District, One Medical College” are becoming the norm. Referring to the incidents in Sambhal and Bareilly, he warned that there are now only two destinations for troublemakers and rioters who violate the law in the state—either jail or hell.
