Reform in exam system: PM Modi created task force, Nilekani will be the president
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday took a big step towards stopping paper leaks. In the video message, PM Modi said that a high power task force has been formed on examination reforms under the chairmanship of Nandan Nilekani. This task force will give its report. The credibility of the examination system will be ensured on the basis of his recommendation. PM Modi said in the video message, ‘The Government of India is taking many steps for the future of the students. Those who played with the future of students are rotting in jails. We have made a fast track court. We are also moving towards enacting a new law with stringent legal provisions in the Parliament tomorrow.
PM Modi further said, ‘We have to think about the future. Keeping all these things in mind, our examination system should be reliable, transparent and make maximum use of technology, it has been decided to form a high power task force under the leadership of world famous technology expert Nandan Nilekani, which will focus towards exam reform. The work of ensuring the credibility of the upcoming examinations will be done on the basis of the report.
