Redmi 17 4G: Xiaomi will create a blast in the budget segment, bringing a great phone with 7,500mAh battery, 50MP camera

Xiaomi is preparing to expand its budget smartphone portfolio. Ahead of the launch of the company’s upcoming Redmi 17 4G, almost all the key specifications have been leaked online. According to the latest report, this smartphone can knock with a large 7,500mAh battery, 45W fast charging, 50MP primary camera, 120Hz display and MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra processor. However, the company has not yet officially confirmed its launch date and features.

Features-Specifications of Redmi 17 4G (potential)
In some previous certifications, it was claimed that Redmi 17 4G will be provided with Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 processor. However, according to the new report, the phone will have MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra chipset, which is based on 12nm process.

The report also states that if the Redmi 17 4G and the alleged POCO C95 Pro 4G are rebranded versions of the same model, then the same MediaTek processor can be seen in the POCO smartphone. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet.

According to the leak, Redmi 17 4G will have a 6.9-inch flat display, whose resolution will be 1600 × 720 pixels. The display will support 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, normal brightness of 675 nits and 825 nits high brightness mode.

Apart from this, the display is said to have DC Dimming, 8-bit color, 83% NTSC color gamut and Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free and Circadian Friendly certification from TÜV Rhineland.

Design and Build
Gorilla Glass 7i protection can be provided in the phone. Besides, Dynamic RGB Light will also be seen in it. Redmi 17 4G can be offered in Oak Green, Deep Blue, Black and Lotus Purple color options.

The size of the phone is said to be 170.12 × 78.42 × 8.8 mm and weight is 232 grams. Apart from this, the device is also likely to get IP64 rating.

Redmi 17 4G can be launched in four storage variants. These can be offered in 4GB + 128GB, 4GB + 256GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 6GB + 256GB. Information about LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage has been revealed in the phone.

For photography, Redmi 17 4G will have a 50MP primary camera, which will have f/1.8 aperture and 5P lens. Along with this, a secondary camera will also be provided. The phone will have an 8MP front camera for selfie and video calling. Video recording will be limited to 1080p@30fps.

Battery and Charging
The biggest feature of Redmi 17 4G will be its 7,500mAh battery. The phone is expected to support 45W wired fast charging. At present, Redmi has not officially announced the launch date of Redmi 17 4G, but the continuous leaks indicate that the company may launch it in the global market soon.
