Yash Dayal: Royal Challengers Bangalore’s star bowler Yash Dayal has taken a big decision regarding his cricket career. Due to being surrounded by serious allegations, he could not be a part of IPL 2026. Apart from this, he was also not seen in Uttar Pradesh T20 League. After this case, Yash Dayal has now taken a big step regarding his career. He has decided to leave Uttar Pradesh and play for some other state in domestic cricket. He has also applied for this and he can be seen making his new beginning in the next domestic season.

Yash Dayal was born in 1997 in Allahabad (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh. He started playing domestic cricket from Uttar Pradesh and was successful in earning name due to his fast bowling. For this reason, Dayal got a chance to play IPL, where he was also a part of RCB’s trophy winning team. Yash Dayal was accused of serious sexual harassment last year.

Due to this reason, Dayal could not be a part of IPL 2026 and he also did not play in the Uttar Pradesh T20 League. He is away from cricket since June 2025. Now according to the report of Dainik Jagran, Yash Dayal has decided to leave the Uttar Pradesh cricket team. Now this left arm fast bowler will be seen playing for Chhattisgarh. He has started the process and has also applied for NOC to the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Board.

Yash Dayal started his IPL career with GT in 2022. After playing for Gujarat Titans for two years, he became a part of RCB in 2024. Since then he is playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Dayal has played 43 matches in IPL so far and has taken 41 wickets. His average meanwhile has been 33.90 and he has bowled with an economy of 9.57. It remains to be seen how Dayal’s new start in domestic cricket turns out.
