This is why the resignations happened

Upasana Singh said, “People resign only when they are deeply saddened. Some members have resigned before, but we did not accept them then.”

What do CINTAA rules say?

According to CINTAA rules, if half or more of the members resign, the committee automatically dissolves. Elections are then held again. This is the situation now that 11 members have resigned. Upasana Singh has demanded that the upcoming elections be monitored by the Registrar to ensure the entire process is conducted properly.
