Chargesheet Filed By CBI In NEET UG Paper Leak Case: CBI filed chargesheet in the court in NEET UG paper leak case, know the names of 13 accused.
New Delhi. CBI, which is investigating the NEET UG paper leak case, has filed a charge sheet against 13 accused in the fast track court. The paper leak case is being heard in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. The Economic Offenses Wing of CBI has filed a charge sheet in the NEET UG paper leak case. After the NEET UG paper leak was revealed, the Central Government had handed over the investigation to CBI.

CBI has invoked sections 315(5), 318(4), 61(2), 238, 303(2) of BNS in NEET UG paper leak case; A case was registered under Sections 13(2) and 13(1)(A) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 as well as Section 10 (along with Sections 3, 4, 5 and 11) of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act 2024. The names of the accused against whom the CBI has filed the charge sheet in the NEET paper leak case are Yash Yadav, Mangilal Biwal, Dinesh Biwal, Vikas Biwal, Shubham Khairnar, Dhananjay Lokhande, Prahlad Kulkarni, Tejas Harshad Kumar, Dr. Manoj Shirure, Shivraj Raghunath Motegaonkar, Manisha Waghmare, Manisha Mandhare and Manisha Sanjay Havildar. All of them are in jail under judicial custody.

Let us tell you that in the NEET paper leak case, on the instructions of PM Narendra Modi, the government had written a letter to the High Courts of four states requesting them to set up fast track courts. One of these courts is in Delhi. The NEET UG paper leak case was heard in the fast track court of Delhi on Monday. During that time, the Special Public Prosecutor was not present on behalf of CBI. After which the court had fixed the next hearing date as August 3, 2026. Now CBI has filed the charge sheet. CBI was given the responsibility of investigating the NEET UG paper leak case on May 12.
