New Delhi: In view of Independence Day i.e. 15th August, security arrangements have been tightened in Delhi. In view of the possibility of terrorist activities, Delhi Police has issued a high alert in the entire capital. Let us tell you, for security reasons, the police has put up posters of 19 most wanted terrorists in major public places, markets and crowded areas. Through these posters, common people are being made aware to identify suspects and report any suspicious activity to the police.
Names of which terrorists are in the released posters?
In the posters issued by the police, photographs of wanted accused belonging to different terrorist organizations and information related to their identity have been given. Apart from the suspects associated with Indian Mujahideen and Al-Qaeda, names associated with various Khalistani terrorist organizations are also included in the list. These include the names of Riyaz Bhatkal and Shabandri Mohammad Iqbal alias Iqbal Bhatkal, associated with the Indian Mujahideen. At the same time, Mohammad Sharjeel Akhtar, Abu Sufiyan and Syed Mohammad Arshiyan, associated with Al-Qaeda, are also part of this list.

Apart from this, names like Ranjit Singh alias Neeta and Paramjit Singh Pamma associated with Khalistan Zindabad Force, Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dala of Khalistan Tiger Force and Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda, Wadhawa Singh Babbar and Gurmeet Singh Bagga associated with Babbar Khalsa International have also been given in the posters.
Special attention on security before August 15
Special vigilance is taken regarding security in Delhi during national events like Independence Day and Republic Day. In this series, this time also the police has made public the information about suspected and wanted terrorists and has appealed to the people to be cautious. Delhi Police has asked citizens to immediately inform the police if they get any information about any person shown in the poster or notice any suspicious activity. According to the police, the identity of the person giving information will be kept confidential and appropriate reward can also be given for giving correct information.
