Left the house and didn't return

According to the information, Farida had left the house to sell food as usual. When she did not return till late night, her husband Noni and other family members started searching for her. After this the nearby villagers also started searching.

The villagers searched the paths and areas around the forest where Farida was likely to pass. During this time he saw a huge python. The snake's stomach was abnormally swollen, leading villagers to suspect its connection with the woman's disappearance.

  • When the python's stomach was opened, a horrifying scene emerged.

The villagers examined the python after catching it. According to the report, Farida's body was found inside her stomach. It was suspected that the python had swallowed the woman after attacking her.

Reticulated python is counted among the biggest snakes of the world

The snake mentioned in the incident has been described as a reticulated python. It is among the longest snake species in the world. Large reticulated pythons can grow to 20 feet or more in length. Their body is very powerful and they capture and control their prey.

However, incidents of human hunting are extremely rare. Such giant pythons can sometimes pose a serious threat to people living near farms and forests in rural areas of Indonesia.

Such cases have come up in Indonesia before also

Even before this, incidents of human dead bodies being found in the stomach of pythons have come to light in Indonesia. After the disappearance of 54-year-old Zahra in the year 2022, the news of her body being found inside a giant python was revealed. Similarly, after the disappearance of a woman named Wa Tiba in 2018, a case related to a big python also made headlines.

    Concern increased among villagers

Farida's death has increased the concern of the villagers living in areas adjacent to forests and fields. According to local village head Suwardi Rosi, such an incident had not come to light before in his area. After the incident, people passing through the forest and surrounding roads are being advised to exercise caution.

Farida had left home for her work as usual, but little did the family know that this would prove to be her last journey. After the incident, there is mourning in the entire area as well as an atmosphere of fear regarding big pythons.
