DPL 2026: Old Delhi 6's blast in the last over, North Delhi Strikers defeated by 4 wickets

Batting first, North Delhi Strikers scored 186 runs in 20 overs thanks to brilliant half-centuries from captain Sarthak Ranjan and Yash Bhatia. The team had a steady start. Ranjan and Vaibhav Kandpal added 45 runs for the first wicket. Kandpal was out after scoring 14 runs on 11 balls, after which Yash Bhatia came to the crease.

Ranjan and Bhatia then took over the innings and made a partnership of 61 runs for the second wicket. Ranjan continued his excellent form and scored 59 runs in 37 balls, while Bhatia also scored 59 runs in 41 balls. In the last overs, Yash Dabas played a useful inning of 36 runs in 22 balls, taking the team’s score to 186/6.
