Reiterating the Prime Minister's statement, Doval said that 'Operation Sindoor' was not just an immediate military action, but it is effective even today. This means that India's campaign will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.

In this special interview to be aired on Discovery and Discovery+ at 9 pm on 15 August 2026, Doval told that the Foreign Secretary and key officials of the security apparatus welcomed the Prime Minister at the airport itself. Without any delay a high level emergency meeting was called there.
PM Modi wanted immediate clarity on concrete evidence. According to NSA Doval, this meeting had made India's stand clear that the country will not allow its tolerance to become weakness and will deliver a befitting blow if needed, without caring about the consequences.
