Supported the politics of development and employment
Chirag Paswan praised the thinking of Prashant Kishore, which talks about taking Bihar out of caste and religious politics and taking it on the path of development. He said that politics has been happening on the basis of caste and religion in Bihar for a long time. In such a situation, if any leader talks about moving forward by making development and employment the primary issue, then such thinking should be supported. However, Chirag also talked about being cautious regarding Prashant Kishore. He said that the real test of the promises made for employment and development will come after they are implemented on the ground.

Referring to the role of the Leader of Opposition, he said that it is the important responsibility of the opposition to ask questions to the government and raise issues related to the public in the Assembly. Chirag raised questions on Tejashwi Yadav’s absence in the Assembly and on important occasions and said that it is very important for the Leader of Opposition to be in the House.
Questions raised regarding presence in the assembly
Chirag Paswan said that when the Assembly session is going on, the presence and activism of the Leader of Opposition becomes important. According to him, it is necessary for the opposition to remain active in the House to raise questions on the policies of the government and strongly put forward the issues of public interest. He raised questions about the absence of Tejashwi Yadav and said that instead of just giving statements from outside, public issues should be raised within the House as well.
‘Bihar is not just a tourist destination’
Chirag Paswan also targeted Tejashwi Yadav on his foreign trips. He sarcastically said that Bihar cannot remain only a tourist destination. He said that to take Bihar forward, there is a need to continuously work on employment, investment, industry and development. Political parties should also give priority to these issues, so that the youth of the state can get better opportunities.
