New Delhi, 15 August. Party President Mallikarjun Kharge hoisted the flag on Saturday on the occasion of 80th Independence Day at the Congress headquarters in the national capital Delhi. During this, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were also present. It is being claimed that Sonia Gandhi objected to singing the complete Vande Mataram after the flag hoisting.
