Method
First of all, put roasted peanuts in the mixer. Add red chili powder and about half a cup of water to it and make a fine paste. Now heat desi ghee in the pan and add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds crackle, add peanut paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. After this, add about 1 cup of water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add jaggery, kokum and rock salt to it and mix well. Jaggery can also increase blood sugar in diabetes, so keep an eye on its quantity. Serve the prepared peanut curry hot with samak rice.
Ranveer Brar Style Fast Dahi Vada

Method
Soak Sama rice and sago separately and grind them. Mix both and prepare the batter by adding curd, rock salt, ginger and green chillies. Take small portions of the batter and make vadas and fry in oil until golden. Now soak the vadas in water for some time and press gently to remove excess water. Method
According to Pankaj Bhadauria, soak sago for 5-6 hours or overnight. After this, grind it and prepare a batter with curd, rock salt and buckwheat or water chestnut flour as per requirement. Now apply some ghee on the pan and spread the batter thinly. Bake the dosa until it becomes golden and crispy on both sides. Serve it hot with fasting green chutney or curd.

Method
First of all, soak the samak rice in water for about 20 minutes. Add water and rock salt in a deep pan and boil. Add soaked samak rice to it and boil for about 5 minutes or till almost cooked. Drain the water, spread the rice in a plate and flatten it lightly with a fork. Now heat ghee in another pan and fry the peanuts until light golden. In the same pan, add cumin, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and chopped potatoes and cook. Now add boiled samak rice and rock salt and mix. Add some milk or water and cook till it gets the consistency like upma. Finally add roasted peanuts and chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
