At present, a very big and shocking news is coming out from Pakistan's illegally occupied Kashmir (PoK), which has given sleepless nights to the government of Islamabad and the intelligence agencies there. The common citizens of PoK, who have been victims of Pakistani Army's atrocities, human rights violations and economic misery for years, have now taken a historic step by raising their voice. The people of the area have started a unique 'Gandhian Satyagraha Movement' following the principles of Mahatma Gandhi against the oppressive attitude of the Pakistan government and army. The protesters clearly say that now they have no fear of the bullets and guns of the Pakistani army, and they are fully prepared to fight for their freedom and rights. Local people took to the streets against the atrocities of the Pakistani army. These days the situation in the major cities and towns of PoK remains extremely tense but unprecedentedly revolutionary. For the last several decades, the people of this area occupied by Pakistan have been oppressed by considering them as second class citizens. Open plunder of local resources, huge electricity bills, skyrocketing prices of essential commodities and atrocities committed by the Pakistani Army have now broken the patience of the public. The protests which used to take place sporadically earlier, have now taken the form of a major mass movement. The general public, youth, elders and women are all taking to the streets and openly raising anti-Pakistan slogans and directly challenging the Pakistani rulers. Answer to violence with non-violence: Unique Gandhian Satyagraha started. The biggest and special thing about this big movement is that the people of PoK have adopted the path of non-violence and peaceful resistance instead of choosing the path of weapons or violence. Taking inspiration from Mahatma Gandhi's ideals of Satyagraha, local citizens have opened a front against the government without any weapons. They are holding peaceful protests, taking out rallies and non-cooperating with the government machinery. The protesters say that the Pakistani Army and the intelligence agency ISI are making every possible effort to crush their peaceful movement, but this time the people have decided that they will not bow down to the bullets and will die for their democratic rights. Due to this public rebellion, the troubles of Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Army Chief General Asim Munir have reached the seventh sky. The situation has become so out of control that the Pakistani army and paramilitary forces are losing their sweat. The Pakistani Army led by General Asim Munir has always followed the policy of suppressing the voice by using force, but when the public has declared that they have no fear of bullets, then the army's strategy is proving to be a complete failure. If the army carries out massacres or use of force on a large scale, then Pakistan's good reputation on international forums will also be completely ruined, due to which the rulers of Islamabad are in a state of complete confusion and helplessness. The echo of this historic Gandhian Satyagraha movement of PoK is now slowly reaching the international media and global human rights organizations. Countries and human rights activists around the world are seeing how Pakistan is committing inhuman atrocities on the people of its own occupied area and the people there now want complete freedom from Pakistani occupation. The Indian government and international strategic analysts also believe that Pakistan's internal situation and its deteriorating economy testify that it will no longer be able to maintain its illegal occupations for long.
