New Delhi . Veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini has spoken openly about her possible comeback in films. When the actress, who was away from the big screen for a long time, was asked about working in films again, she did not announce any specific project or comeback. Hema Malini said that at the moment she is satisfied with her current life and her priorities include working among the public, spending time with family and moving forward with the memories of her late husband Dharmendra.
Hema Malini has been away from active roles in films for a long time. He acted in many memorable films in his career and created his own identity in Hindi cinema. Even after marriage and the responsibilities of children, he did not stay away from work completely, but with time his presence in films reduced significantly. His previous films include Shimla Mirchi, released in the year 2020. After this his focus remained more on political and social responsibilities.
On the question of returning to films, Hema Malini said that she is not thinking much about it right now. According to her, she spends time with the people of her area and works for them as part of her political responsibilities. Hema Malini also told that after marriage and family plans, the number of her films reduced, but she did not give up creative work completely. She also worked in the field of direction and was involved in television projects. Apart from this, he kept classical dance an important part of his life and prepared dance performances on subjects like Durga, Mahalakshmi, Radha-Krishna and Draupadi.
The actress said that she preferred classical dance to popular film songs on stage. Even though it did not earn much financially, she wanted to pursue this art. It is clear from this that despite his distance from films, his creative journey continued through different mediums.
While telling an interesting incident related to her career, Hema Malini also mentioned Raj Kapoor's Satyam Shivam Sundaram. She told that she wanted to work with Raj Kapoor again, but could not accept the offer to work in this film. According to the actress, she had told Raj Kapoor that she was always ready to work with him, but would not be able to do this particular role.
