New Delhi, 24 August 2026: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has announced to organize a peaceful protest march in New Delhi on 5 September 2026. According to the organization, this march will start from India Gate and reach New Delhi Police Headquarters. CJP alleges that after the assurance given to the youth on July 25, the ongoing youth movement across the country was withdrawn on the basis of confidence, but even after a month has passed, no concrete action has been seen from the government. The organization believes that it is for this reason that the youth once again have to take to the streets on the path of democracy.
The progress of the alleged promises made on July 25 was reviewed in the national executive meeting of CJP. The organization claims that the Central Government and the BJP and NDA (NDA) ruled states have not taken adequate steps towards fulfilling the trust given to the youth. The CJP has alleged that the government is delaying the proceedings and avoiding giving a clear answer citing technical reasons. According to the organization, the youth had organized their nationwide movement only by trusting the assurances of the government.
According to CJP, this march will be led by the families of the deceased students associated with NEET and the families of the victims of alleged police atrocities. An appeal has been made to students, youth organizations and young citizens across the country to join them in large numbers. The organization has clarified that the purpose of this demonstration is not to create any violent confrontation, but to demand that the government fulfill its promises.

serious allegations against the government
The organization has said that the confidence of the youth should never be confused with their weakness. An entire generation had withdrawn the movement by trusting the government and now they are demanding fulfillment of their promises. CJP has accused the government of going back on its promises. CJP has assured that this march on 5th September will be held in a completely peaceful and democratic manner. The presence of families and youth will make this movement more serious about their demands. The families who have lost their children will stay in Harola in the next march and the victims of police action will walk with them. The organization has appealed to the youth to be present in large numbers.
