Discussion held with education department officials
After the visit to the schools, technical discussions were also held with officials of Uttar Pradesh Education Department. Ghaziabad District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Basic Education Officer, Block Education Officer and members of the State Resource Group participated in it.
In the drawing room Curriculum, learning goals, structured learning materials, teacher mentoring, assessment of children and use of data. Such topics were discussed in detail. Views were also shared regarding the role of middle level officials in implementing education reforms on a large scale.
Understand the model from policy to classroom
The main objective of this program is to understand how the policies formulated under Nipun Bharat Mission are actually implemented at the school and classroom level. The delegates got the opportunity to see the entire process closely through direct observation in the schools of Ghaziabad.
The visit also provided a platform to share the ongoing FLN reforms in Uttar Pradesh with representatives from other countries and exchange experiences internationally in the field of education.
