Materials: Milk 3 liters, chickpea water 3 cups, small cardamom 4-5, sugar 1 cup, flour 100 grams, semolina 50 grams.

Method: First make a light vein with sugar and water. Boil the milk with chickpea water and drain the chickpeas in a strainer. Mix chickpeas, cardamom powder, flour, little sugar and semolina together in a bowl and make a dough. Make small balls and boil them in sugar and keep the juice in chips. In another bowl, thicken the milk and make kheer. Dipping the rasagollas in that thick milk makes Kheermohan.

Materials: Grated coconut 4 cups, flour 1/2 cup, sugarcane jaggery 2 cups, veli jaggery 1/2 cup, crushed cardamom 5-6 and ghee 5-6 tbsp.

Method: Heat the coconut, ghee and sugarcane jaggery in a heavy pot. When cooked, mix jaggery, cardamom and flour. When the mixture becomes thick, take it down and make round nadu by applying ghee on your hands.
