Lucknow. Yogi Government of UP has given a big gift to 3.5 lakh outsourced employees of the state. The salary of outsourced employees has been increased by up to Rs 7 thousand. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the website of Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Services Corporation along with its logo and also distributed checks to the outsourced employees in a program organized at Lok Bhavan on Wednesday. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak were also present on this occasion. Employees will also be given insurance cover up to Rs 50 lakh, Rs 5 lakh for emergency medicine and Rs 10 lakh for air ambulance.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak unveiled the people of Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Services Corporation (UPCOS). During this period the corporation's website and portal were also launched. Through UPCOS, an integrated record of outsourced employees working in various departments of the state will be prepared. Currently, information related to employees is kept at the level of different departments and outsourced agencies. In the new system it will be linked to the online platform.
Information related to employee recruitment, deployment, attendance and payment will be recorded on the portal. This will make it easier to find out how many outsourced employees are working in which department and how much they are being paid. Records related to the service of employees will also be available in digital form. After the implementation of the system, monitoring the process of payment and deployment of outsourced employees will be easier. If information related to an employee's records, payment or posting is required, it can be seen from one place. This will help in reducing the scope for irregularities in the process done by different agencies. A large number of employees in various government departments of the state are working through outsourced means. The new system will directly impact the process related to recruitment, service and payment of these employees.
