New Delhi. The name of the first CEO of Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust has been finalized. This responsibility will be handed over to former Air Marshal Jitendra Mishra of the Indian Air Force. In the meeting of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the shortlisted names for the post of CEO were discussed in which the former Air Marshal was selected as the most suitable candidate for the post and his name was approved for appointment. Jitendra Mishra has served in the Indian Air Force for 38 years. He also has experience from flying fighter aircraft to working as a combat instructor and test pilot.
Former Air Force officer Jitendra Mishra, originally from Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh, led the Western Command of the Air Force during Operation Sindoor. He also played a key role during Operation Tiger Hill and Safed Sagar. He retired from the Indian Air Force in April this year. Now for the next three years he will hold the responsibility as the CEO of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. As CEO, he will report to the General Secretary of the Trust. More than 5500 applications were received for the post of CEO of the Trust. The minimum educational qualification of the applicant for the post of CEO was graduation while the age was fixed at 50 to 70 years. It was made a mandatory condition for the applicant to be an active Hindu and it was desirable to be a Shri Ram Vaishnav devotee.
These will be the main responsibilities as CEO
The main responsibilities of the CEO will be to execute all the statutory, administrative and financial functions of the Trust, make plans to fulfill the objectives mentioned in the Trust Deed, safeguard the assets of the institution and disinvest as per the rules, ensure efficient security arrangements, take care of the safety of the visitors and their facilities and ensure all the arrangements related to the arrival of special guests and prominent saints visiting the temple, ensure that all religious pujas, rituals, festivals etc. are conducted regularly and smoothly.
