Mitsubishi Pajero : After almost five years, Mitsubishi has introduced its iconic off-road SUV Pajero in a completely new avatar. Now the fifth generation of Pajero, which has made a place in the hearts of the users, is bigger, more luxurious and equipped with technology than before. The fifth generation Pajero will be produced in Thailand along with the Triton.
It will be launched first in the Thai market, then in Japan and Australia in fiscal 2026, followed by around 100 countries including ASEAN, Latin America and the Middle East from 2027.

Talking about the exterior with design and dimensions, it has the bold, upright proportions and strong horizontal lines found in the Legacy from the first generation.

T-shaped headlights modern look
At the front, two Kendo-inspired grille options are available – horizontal bar and honeycomb. T-shaped headlights give a modern look. The C-pillar is inspired by the roll bar and the hexagonal motif at the rear gives a new take on the old spare wheel. The dimensions are approximately 4920 mm length, 1925 mm width and 1910 mm height.

Features and safety
Advanced infotainment, wireless smartphone connectivity, 16 background themed meters, Yamaha 12-speaker system, acoustic glass, wireless charger, heated-ventilated front seats and 360-degree camera are available. Multimeter shows information like altitude, compass, pitch-roll angle. There are eight airbags for safety.
Powertrain and performance
Its 2.4-litre clean diesel engine (single wide-range VGT turbo) produces 150 kW of power and 480 Newton-metres of torque (470 Newton-metres in some specifications). Paired with a new 8-speed automatic transmission (Sport mode). Super Select 4WD-II (2H, 4H, 4HLC, 4LLC) and S-AWC system are available.
