Complete information of employees will be recorded on the portal. With this, the system of proper monitoring of their attendance, management of leave and timely payment of honorarium will be improved. Employees will also get the facility to lodge complaints about their problems and get their solutions on the portal.

In addition, the employees EPF Contribution and ESIC Arrangements have been made to ensure timely delivery of benefits. The special thing is that this will be a common digital platform for the department, outsourced agency and employees. This will help in increasing transparency in the recruitment process and reducing the arbitrariness of the employer.

MoU signed with SBI
