After leaving a different mark in the hearts of the audience through Talwar and Raazi, now the trailer of his new film 'Daira' has come out. This trailer does not just show the investigation of a crime, but directly points the finger at the justice system on which the common man blindly trusts. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran are seen together for the first time in the film. Both the actors are in the role of police officers, who despite having the same objective, have completely different lines of thinking.

The film's sharpest attack is on the juvenile justice system. A character in the trailer questions why a minor who can commit heinous crimes like rape and murder should get protection from the law. This is an issue on which heated debate is going on in the entire country for a long time. Can age limit reduce the punishment for a serious crime? 'Daira' does not avoid such questions but brings them to the centre. This film, which is going to be released in theaters on September 18, 2026, proves that sometimes one has to fight with the rules made by oneself to find the path of justice.
