According to the complaint given to the police, a prayer meeting of Jesus Christ was being held at the house of Kanti Devi in Kadipur village. It is said that 40 to 50 people were present in it. Shivsagar Bharti, head of Rajdepur Math, complained to the police that he got information about conversions taking place in the Sabha. He gave this information to Raunapar police station. On getting information about conversion in the prayer meeting, the police reached Kadipur village. It is being told that some people left the spot after seeing the police. Police arrested five people from there.
According to Azamgarh Police, the arrested people are Kanti Devi and Rahul of Kadipur, Babita Devi of Rasoolpur, Gharbharan of Rasoolpur and Suman of Turkauli. According to the police, in the year 2022, action was taken against Kanti Devi in the case of religious conversion. The court granted bail to Kanti Devi after 22 days. The question is that when the police had taken action against Kanti Devi earlier also, was she involved in the conversion with someone's instigation or allurement?
