Rajasthan News: A very horrifying incident happened with a tourist family who had come with the dream of visiting Udaipur, the beautiful city of lakes. Suddenly a dead cockroach appeared in the plate of a family sitting for lunch in a famous restaurant of the city. When the head of the family questioned the restaurant management on this gross negligence, instead of apologizing, the people present there were adamant on hiding their mistake. The employees tried to avoid the issue by calling the insects a spice and when the customer insisted on saving the evidence, he was fatally attacked.
Jayesh had gone on a pleasant journey with his family.
Thirty-five year old Jayesh Patel, resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, had reached Udaipur with his family to enjoy the holidays. After seeing the historical places of the city, the whole family reached Meera restaurant near Delhi Gate intersection for lunch in the afternoon. Everyone sat comfortably and ordered food and the food was served. The family members were eating happily when suddenly a dead cockroach was seen floating in the vegetable served. Seeing this, the entire family became upset and lost their senses.
Insistence of calling cockroach as big cardamom
Jayesh Patel immediately called the waiter and other employees to the table and expressed his displeasure by showing the cockroach lying in the plate. Instead of accepting their mistake, the restaurant staff lashed out at the customer. The employees claimed that the black thing seen in the plate was not an insect, but a large cardamom that was added to the food. When Jayesh clearly showed them the legs and structure of the cockroach, the employees said that they would take it inside the kitchen and wash it with water to show that it was cardamom.
Huge controversy started over attempt to destroy evidence
Tourist Jayesh Patel understood that as soon as he was taken inside the kitchen, the staff would flush out the vermin and would completely deny their mistake. For this reason, Jayesh flatly refused to take the food plate to the kitchen. He said that whatever investigation has to be done, it should be done on the table in front of everyone. The restaurant staff got enraged at this and started misbehaving with Jayesh. Soon the owner of the restaurant also came there and a heated argument started between the two parties.
The owner and the employees together beat him brutally.
The matter escalated so much that the restaurant owner and his employees together attacked Jayesh Patel. Amidst the screams of the family, the employees threw Jayesh on the ground and punched him. In this sudden attack, Jayesh kept trying to save his family, but the attackers were not stopping. During the fight, Jayesh suffered serious injuries on his head and face and his entire face was drenched in blood. The rest of the customers present in the restaurant were also frightened after seeing this horrifying scene.
The attack continued even in the presence of police
After the incident, a video has surfaced on social media in which the entire truth is clearly visible. The surprising thing was that when this fight was taking place, a policeman was also seen present on the spot. The soldier kept trying to stop the attackers, but he proved completely helpless in front of the aggressive employees. Immediately after receiving the information, injured Jayesh Patel was taken to the nearby Maharana Bhupal Hospital, where doctors stitched his head and gave first aid.
Complaints filed by both the parties in the police station
After this heart-wrenching incident, the victim's family directly reached Dhanmondi police station. Giving information about the case, Dhanmondi police station officer Gajveer Singh said that the police immediately became active as soon as the information about the fight in the restaurant was received. The injured tourist has been given medical treatment. According to the police officer, complaints have been lodged in the police station from both the parties.
