In fact, during the ongoing title match in Chepauk, a heated argument was seen between Vaibhav and Tilak in the 11th over of the first innings of East Zone. Earlier, South Zone captain Tilak Verma was continuously talking to Vaibhav and sledging him regarding the vice-captaincy. During this, Tilak says to Vaibhav, ‘What a friend, Vice-Captain.’ Within no time this sledding turned into a heated argument. After this, Tilak moved towards Vaibhav and made a slight gesture, as if he was talking about punching. Seeing Tilak’s gesture, even Vaibhav did not step back. Seeing the increasing tension between the two, the umpire came in between and separated the two players.
