Lucknow: The final match of UP T-20 League witnessed tremendous passion for cricket in the capital Lucknow on Sunday. More than 30 thousand cricket lovers reached Ekana Stadium to watch the title match played between Lucknow and Meerut. For the first time in the history of UP T-20 League, the presence of such a large number of spectators was recorded.

Match at 7:30 pm, crowd started gathering from noon
The final match was to start at 7.30 pm on Sunday evening, but cricket fans started reaching the stadium from noon itself. At around 3:30, spectators started gathering outside Ekana Stadium.
By evening all the lower stands of the stadium were filled with spectators. There was a lot of excitement among the fans regarding the title match between Lucknow and Meerut. Many supporters had arrived with flags of their favorite team and posters of players in their hands.
The entire stadium echoed as soon as fours and sixes were hit.
