Wedding day: a special occasion
Wedding day is a precious moment for every girl. To look beautiful on this special day, brides start taking care of their skin and health several months in advance. Facials and beauty treatments, as well as paying attention to diet and daily routine, can help keep skin healthy.
Celebrity nutritionist's advice
Nutritionist Shweta Shah, in a video on her Instagram, has advised to include two important things in the pre-wedding routine. If your wedding is in November, you can include these habits in your life from now on.
Consuming ghee with lukewarm water in the morning
According to Shweta Shah, taking one spoon of ghee with lukewarm water in the morning can be beneficial. It can help support the body from within and improve digestion, which can also have a positive effect on your overall health and skin.
However, the quantity and method of consumption of ghee may vary from person to person. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind your needs and health condition before including it in your diet.
Consumption of raisins and saffron soaked overnight
In the second tip, the nutritionist has advised consuming raisins and saffron water. For this, soak 4 black raisins and 2 threads of saffron in about 100 ml water overnight.
Drink this water in the morning and chew the soaked raisins thoroughly. Soaked saffron threads can also be eaten.
Focus on holistic lifestyle
It is not right to depend only on one home remedy to keep your skin healthy and glowing before marriage. A balanced diet, adequate water, regular exercise and good sleep are also important.
Shweta Shah has advised to start self-care before marriage as well as pay attention to diet and get about 8 to 9 hours of sleep daily.
things to note
Note: The effect of brightening the skin with ghee, raisins or saffron may be different from person to person. Keep your individual needs in mind before adopting any diet for a long period of time.
