Lucknow, Read: On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the much awaited Naimish Nagar and Varun Vihar residential schemes of Lucknow Development Authority will be given as a gift. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will launch two housing schemes on 13 or 14 September. Booking of six thousand plots will be opened on the same day.
Vice President Prathamesh Kumar said that preparations for the launch of both the schemes have been completed. Time was sought from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the event. On which consent has been given. He will launch ambitious schemes on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi on 13 or 14 September. On the same day, online booking of six thousand plots will be opened and registrations for the sale will begin. Varun Vihar Yojana located on Agra Expressway is being developed in an area of 6,580 acres. In this, registration of about three thousand plots will be opened in Kashi and Kailash section. Apart from this, registration of three thousand plots will also be opened in Naimish Nagar Yojana which is being developed in 3,600 acre area located on Sitapur Road.
Plots of 72 to 450 square meters, rates fixed
Both the schemes are for different income groups. In these, plots ranging from 72 square meters to 450 square meters will be given. Which will be located on 18 meter to 45 meter wide roads. The price of the plot in Varun Vihar will be Rs 2,800 per square foot and in Naimish Nagar the plot will be sold at the rate of about Rs 3,200 per square foot. Both these schemes will give a new direction to the expansion of the capital. These will lead to rapid development of residential, commercial and infrastructure in the northern and eastern parts of the city.
