Bigg Boss 20: Mary Kom expressed her pain, calling herself helpless she said – 'I could not do anything for Manipur'

Mumbai In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 20, boxer Mary Kom expressed her grief over not being able to protect her state Manipur. She said she felt sad and helpless that she could not do anything to “protect” her state. It is noteworthy that Manipur has been facing ethnic conflict for more than two years and during this period many incidents of violence have come to light between the Meitei and Kuki-Jo communities.

While talking to Kanika Mann, Mary Kom said that I could not do anything for the safety and security of my Manipur. He further said that there are many communities in Manipur, there should be unity among all. Everyone should live in love and peace.

Let us tell you that Bigg Boss 20 premiered on September 6 and it is being hosted by Salman Khan. On the night of the premiere, Priyanka Chopra, who played Mary Kom in the 2014 film 'Mary Kom', sent a video message to the boxer. Priyanka wished Mary all the best and asked her to remain who she really is while participating in the reality show. The actress also warned other contestants participating in the show along with Mary and reminded them of the boxer's tremendous knockouts.

Apart from Mary Kom, the contestants of this season also include Asif Khan, Kanika Mann, Scoutop (Tanmay Singh), Amrapali Dubey, Mahhi Vij, Yung DSA, Qazi Tauqeer, Arishfa Khan, Rohed Khan, Esha Rikhi, Gullu (Kushal Tanwar).
