Ashok Siddharth Retires from Politics : Ashok Siddharth, father-in-law of former BSP Rajya Sabha MP Akash Anand, has retired from politics. He announced this by posting on social media platform X on Thursday morning. Addressing BSP supremo Mayawati, Ashok Siddharth wrote – “Every order of sister is final for me.” At the same time, Mayawati has reacted sharply to the retirement of her nephew Akash Anand's father-in-law from politics. He said that this step of Ashok Siddharth is the right step taken late and if he had taken this step earlier then BSP, Bahujan Samaj and Bahujan Movement and his son-in-law Akash Anand would not have had to face continuous adverse situations.
