According to The Independentthis massive voyage, organized by Explorations by Norwegian in collaboration with Flight Centre Travel Group, will take passengers to 62 countries on six continents.
By remaining at sea for well over a year, the journey that began on Sept. 1 will surpass the previous record of 274 nights of sailing by Royal Caribbean.
The vessel has 348 cabins and a capacity of 700 guests.
The full world cruise starts at around US$71,450 for standard accommodation and rises to US$180,410 for premium suites.

According to PEOPLE magazine, the vessel was formerly part of Oceania Cruises, another brand under Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
Thanks to its boutique design, the ship can easily navigate exclusive, smaller ports that larger vessels cannot reach.
David Gooch, chief executive of Iglu Cruise, one of the main travel agencies booking the voyage, said this smaller setup ensures passengers enjoy authentic shore experiences.
The ship has a luxury spa and wellness center, fitness center, pool, running track, library, Monte Carlo-style casino, and dedicated sports deck with a golf course and shuffleboard court.
According to Travel and Leisure Asia, the ship touches down at some of the world’s most popular destinations in nearly every corner of the globe.
In Europe, passengers can explore Mediterranean and northern locations such as Santorini, Naples, Copenhagen, and Helsinki.
The African leg of the journey takes guests to scenic coastal ports including Cape Verde, Cape Town, and Zanzibar.
The Asian leg sails through stops like Hiroshima, Jeju Island, Colombo, and Malé.
Further west, the cruise covers broad stretches of the Americas, ranging from Alaska to the Amazon, alongside a transit through the Panama Canal.
The complete itinerary is designed to help travelers tick off major bucket-list experiences in a single trip, including witnessing the Northern Lights in the Arctic and visiting historic landmarks like the Great Wall of China.
Travelers are not required to stay on board for the entire duration.
As highlighted by Australian travel company My Cruises, guests can book the complete 371-day journey or select from 24 shorter regional sailings.
A second world voyage spanning 367 days is already open for booking, with the vessel departing from Australia in Feb 2027 with packages starting at around $85,880.
Michael Middleton, global head of cruise at My Cruises, said seeing the ship set sail was a proud milestone after years of planning.
