The work of the streets to be built at a cost of Rs 74 lakh in Ward No. 40 of Shimlapuri was inaugurated by Prince Johar, Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Ludhiana. On this occasion, he said that I wholeheartedly thank Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Punjab Incharge Manish Sisodia and Harjot Singh Bains, due to whose support and leadership the development work of the area is continuously gaining momentum.
He said that under this series, development works of street numbers 12, 10, 7, 6 and 2, 4 and link road have been inaugurated at a cost of about Rs 74 lakh. All these development works have been passed from RMC under councilor quota. On this occasion, Ward 41 incharge Yashpal Sharma, Jatinder Singh Dhingra, Captain Raghbir, Bhupinder Singh Crystal, Baljinder Singh, Gyan Singh, Raghbir Singh, Jagjit Singh, KS Matharu, Amandeep Bittu, Sarabjit Singh Sharma, Sandeep Singh, Avtar Singh Badshah, Dharampal Gifty, Gobind, Gurpreet Singh Sangowalia, Kulbir Bantu, Ajay Jangra, Bhupinder. Bantu and Sanjot Singh etc. were also present.
