Five days of work and two days off in a week has been a major demand by the employees. Apart from this, various other issues and pending issues of the employees were also demanded to be resolved quickly. The employees said that proper action is not being taken regarding the pending issues for a long time. If their demands are not resolved at the earliest in the coming days, more intense agitation has been threatened. The employees warned that they would organize programs including strikes in the coming days to protest. However, the bank holders were stuck as the banking work stopped due to the strike of the bank employees.
