Mayawati attacks Akash, accuses Ashok of following the instructions of Siddharth!

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Sunday termed the news of her ill health as completely baseless and said that she is completely healthy and is busy in her work. He also launched a scathing attack on Akash Anand, who was expelled from the party, alleging that he is still not working with his mind and is following the instructions of his father-in-law and former Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Siddharth. Mayawati called upon BSP workers to gather with full force for the upcoming elections.

Mayawati said that for the last one-two days, some people who were expelled from the party are spreading the illusion among the workers that she is ill. He said that he himself had to come forward to give correct information to the party workers.

Referring to the alleged phone call made on Saturday night, the BSP chief said that a call from Akash Anand was received on the phone of party in-charge Alok Kumar at his residence. Akash Anand asked if sister was unwell. To this Alok Kumar replied that Mayawati is completely healthy and is doing her work.

Mayawati told that after this Akash Anand said that his sister should not be told about this call. He said that the intention of this phone call could be good or bad but it is a matter to think as to why such a thing was said. He said that Akash Anand is still not working with his mind.

He is working from the mind of his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth.” Mayawati said that the tough decisions taken by her in recent times in the interest of the party and the movement have only benefited the BSP, not caused it loss. He told the workers to always remain fully engaged in the party movement and to prepare for the upcoming elections on a war footing.

The BSP chief said that a party meeting was called on September 3, which went on for a long time. In this, it was decided to divide the party into three sectors to take the work of the organization forward on a war footing. He said that Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand have been kept in the first sector, whose responsibility is being seen in their guidelines. Other areas have also been divided into different sectors.

Central sector in-charges of the respective sectors will continue to go to Delhi and give their reports. Mayawati said that Anand Kumar will keep taking progress reports of the party's work. He clarified that the post of Chief Sector Incharge has been abolished and now party Vice President Anand Kumar will report directly to him for his work.

He said that these decisions taken in the interest of the party will help in strengthening the organization and taking forward the mission of the party. It is noteworthy that Mayawati had recently expelled Akash Anand from BSP after removing him from the post of national coordinator of the party. At the same time, his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth had also announced his retirement from politics.

Mayawati welcomed the 140-paragraph Delhi Declaration issued during the BRICS summit held in Delhi. He called it a major diplomatic achievement for India. He said the declaration supported a two-state solution for Palestine and an independent Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders. Referring to the Pahalgam terrorist attack, he also welcomed the commitment to deal with terrorism in every possible way and said that India's perspective has found its rightful place in it.

On India-China relations, Mayawati said that preventing differences between the two countries from turning into disputes and considering each other as partners in development is a positive approach. He said that its results will be properly evaluated in the coming time. The BSP chief said that the border dispute between the two countries should also be resolved as soon as possible through mutual dialogue. He said that this will help in furthering the relations between the two countries.
