The Chief Minister said that Shivpuran Katha is not just a religious event but it strengthens the flag of Sanatan and creates a sense of unity in the society. The specialty of Indian culture is that despite living in different states and regions, people have the same faith and feelings towards Sanatan.
Also said, we have not limited religion only to the method of worship, rather we have considered it as the life force of the society. This is the reason that due to political weaknesses this country was forced to face foreign invaders. Tulsidas ji had worked through Ramkatha in the medieval period. During that period, religion was under attack and at that time Tulsidas ji worked to unite the society through Ramkatha.
CM Yogi said that the culture of the country is such that whether it is Maharashtra or Uttar Pradesh, the same reverence and feeling towards Sanatan is seen among the people. Describing religious events as a medium to connect the society, he said that such events strengthen Indian culture and traditions.
