Mandsaur. On Tuesday morning, a speeding car collided with a truck parked on the roadside on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Garoth police station area of Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh. In this accident, three youths traveling in the car died, while a passenger was seriously injured. He has been admitted to the hospital. The deceased were residents of Haryana and Rajasthan.
According to Garoth police station, the accident occurred near the Garoth entry gate at around 4.30 am on Tuesday morning. Some youth from Gurugram (Haryana) had set out by car to visit Khatu Shyam ji. Meanwhile, his speeding car collided with a truck parked on the roadside. In this accident, three people traveling in the car died on the spot, while a passenger was seriously injured. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started relief work. The police took the injured to the hospital and started investigating the case by sending the dead bodies for post-mortem.
According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Arvind Ahir (39), resident of Sikandarpur, Gurugram (Haryana), Binder Ahir (33), resident of Nathupur (Gurugram) and Kailash Chandra Gurjar (34), resident of village Pahel of Behror police station area of Alwar, Rajasthan. At the same time, Jitendra Ahir (40) of Gurugram (Haryana) has been seriously injured. Police have kept the bodies of the deceased in the post-mortem house of the Civil Hospital. After the relatives reach Garoth, the bodies will be handed over to them after post-mortem.
Injured Jitendra admitted in the hospital told that at the time of the accident it was raining heavily and there was darkness all around. A truck was standing on the expressway without any indicator or light. Due to low visibility the car rammed straight into the back of the truck.
