Uttar Pradesh. A very serious case regarding women's safety has come to light from Kapurpur police station area of Hapur district in Uttar Pradesh. Here a nurse has accused an auto driver of molestation and assault. The victim says that when she protested against this molestation, the accused beat her up and later pushed her out of the moving auto near Sirodhan Bypass. The woman has been seriously injured in this incident. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case and started investigation.

Sirodhan faces molestation charges
According to the report, the woman is working as a nurse in the hospital. The victim told the police that she was returning to her village from Gulavathi and was sitting in an auto on the way home. Meanwhile, after reaching near Sirodhan village, the auto driver allegedly started molesting her. When the woman protested against this, the matter escalated further. As per available reports, the accused driver assaulted her. In another report, the victim has also alleged that she was attacked on the face with an iron rod. The report also mentions that his two front teeth were broken. Also, the victim has alleged that after this the driver took the auto towards Sirodhan bypass and there pushed her out of the moving auto. The woman suffered serious injuries after falling on the road. After the incident, the accused driver fled from the spot.
Police registered a case
After this incident the woman complained to the police. Kapurpur police has registered a case against the accused auto driver on the basis of his complaint. According to the police, the matter is being investigated and further legal action will be taken based on the available evidence. At present, the police is investigating the allegations made in this case.
