Prayagraj. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the result of the main examination of Combined State and Senior Subordinate Services (PCS)-2025. 2297 candidates have been declared successful for interview for 812 posts. Candidates can check their result on the official website of the Commission.
Commission Secretary Girijesh Kumar Tyagi said on Thursday that the main examination of PCS-2025 was held from March 29 to April 1, 2026 at various centers in Prayagraj and Lucknow. A total of 10,284 candidates appeared in it.
There are a total of 814 vacancies for 28 types of posts in this selection. In these, selection on two vacancies of one type of post is to be done only on the basis of written examination. The result of these two posts will be declared after the interview along with the final selection result. For the remaining 812 posts, 2297 candidates have been declared successful for interview.
The Commission has clarified that a separate detailed release will be issued regarding preference and interview schedule for the posts of successful candidates. At the same time, the marks and cutoff marks of the candidates will be released after the declaration of the final selection result. The Commission has appealed not to send RTI applications for information related to marks and cutoff before the final result.
The result will be subject to the decision of the court. The Commission has said that the declared result will be subject to the final decision of the petitions filed in the High Court. The result of female candidates from outside Uttar Pradesh will be subject to the final decision of the High Court in Special Appeal No. 475 (D)/2019. The outcome of petitioner Archit Shivam Mishra will also be subject to the decision of the court.
