New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to inaugurate a special program in New Delhi this morning, whose name is Semicon India 2026. This event will start at 10 am in Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. The three-day program running from September 17 to September 19 is based on 'From Silicon to System: Building an Eco System'. This will include global and Indian companies connected to the manufacturer semiconductor and electronics series.
Indian companies, policy makers, manufacturers, investors, researchers, startups, education institutes and many students will be able to participate in Semicon India 2026. A day before Semicon India 2026, i.e. on Wednesday, PM Modi had held a mega round table discussion with semiconductor CEOs.

What will happen at SEMICON India 2026 event?
Under the Semicon India 2026 program, the entire value chain of semiconductors will be showcased together. It will showcase the entire process from semiconductor material, device and chip design to fabrication, advanced packaging, electronics and systems.

More than 600 companies will participate in SEMICON India 2026 and around 50 thousand visitors are expected. More than 400 executives and more than 150 speakers from 52 countries will be involved in it.
