New Delhi. Jason Sanjay, son of Tamil film industry superstar Vijay, is now going to enter the film world as a director. There is a lot of discussion about his debut film Sigma. During the promotion of the film, Jason shared many things about his father Vijay. He told that Vijay is waiting for the release of his film but he will not promote Sigma. According to Jason, the reason for this is that he wants to keep the promotion of his film separate from his father's current public responsibilities.
During the promotion of Sigma in Hyderabad, Jason was asked which special quality he got from his father Vijay. On this question he mentioned punctuality i.e. punctuality. It was also clear from Jason's answer that he has been watching his father's personality and way of working very closely.
When Jason was asked whether his father had given him anything before his debut, he jokingly replied, pointing towards the people present there, that all of them. His answer lightened the atmosphere at the promotional event. Earlier, there were reports about Jason that he had removed the V from his father's name and used S from his mother's name for Sigma.
Jason was also questioned about Vijay becoming the Chief Minister. On this he said that he is very happy. He described it as a happy occasion for himself and the people around Vijay. Jason's statement also revealed that he has a positive outlook towards his father's new role.
However, when Jason was asked whether Vijay would contribute in any way to Sigma or promote the film, he clarified that his father is waiting for the release of the film. Jason said that he just wants to promote his film and does not want to mix the two things. He also told that Vijay is now the Chief Minister and he has many responsibilities. Therefore, he does not want his father's political role to influence the promotion of the film.
Jason said his father is excited to see what work he has put into the film. In this way, Vijay is certainly curious about his son's work behind the scenes but will not be directly involved in the promotional campaign of Sigma.
Sigma is Jason Sanjay's debut film as a director. It is produced by Lyca Productions. The story of the film is woven around heist comedy. Artists like Sandeep Kishan Faria Abdullah Sampath Raj Shiv Pandit Yoga Japi Sheela Rajkumar and Raju Sundaram will be seen in the film. Thaman S has handled the music of the film.
There has also been a change in the release date of the film. Sigma was initially scheduled to release on July 31 but later its release was postponed. Now this film will hit the theaters on October 2. The film will be released in Tamil and Telugu languages. The audience is now eyeing his first effort with this film directed by Jason.
