Material

for flour

2 cups wheat flour
salt as per taste
water as per need
For potato stuffing

4-5 boiled potatoes
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped or grated
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp dry mango powder
¼ tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
How to make Crispy Aloo Paratha

Do not knead too soft dough for Aloo Paratha. For this, add a little salt to 2 cups of wheat flour. Knead it moderately soft. After this, cover it and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2
Now prepare the stuffing. Take 4 to 5 boiled potatoes. Mash them well. After this, add finely chopped green chillies, some ginger, green coriander, salt, red chilli, roasted cumin powder, some dry mango powder and garam masala as per taste and mix it well.

Now take a ball of dough, roll it a little and place potato stuffing in the middle. Then turn it off. Now apply dry flour on it and roll it.

Tips to make Crispy Paratha

Do not add water to the stuffing.
Do not keep the dough too loose.
Do not roll the paratha too thinly.
Preheat the pan well.
Instead of adding too much ghee or oil at once, apply it as per requirement.
Bake the paratha on medium flame.
