Bureau Prayagraj. On 14.09.2026, on the basis of the complaint given by the plaintiff Sulekha Yadav, wife of Moolchandra Yadav, a resident of village Laharpater Hanumanganj under police station Saraiinayat area, the minor daughter of Moolchandra Yadav, resident of village Laharpater Hanumanganj, resident of village Laharpater Hanumanganj, Saraiinayat police station Prayagraj and his family members, was taken to the police station on 14.09.2026. After registering FIR No. 157/2026 Section 137(2)/87/351U(3) IPC on Tharvai, a police team was formed for the recovery of the victim and arrest of the accused.
Registered – 157/2026, Section-137(2)/87/351(3) of IPC, wanted accused Mohd. Hasim Ali, son of Shehzad Ali, resident of village Laharpater, Hanumanganj police station, Saraiinayat Commissionerate, Prayagraj, was arrested by the Tharwai police team today, on 17.09.2026, near Paan culvert under Tharwai police station area. On the basis of the statement of the victim and collection of evidence, advance legal action was taken as per the rules by omitting Section 87 of the Indian Penal Code and adding Section 64/62/127 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4/18 of the POCSO Act in the above mentioned case.
