Entertainment Desk. The entry of former Bihar minister and Lalu Prasad Yadav's son Tej Pratap Yadav in the reality show 'Rise and Fall' season 2 has been confirmed. The makers have released the promo of his entry, in which Tej Pratap is seen talking about coming to the show in his own style.
In the clip released before appearing on the show, Tej Pratap, while referring to his past struggles, compared himself to a banyan tree. He said that when he was going through difficult times, some people were enjoying it, but they forgot that he is a banyan whose roots are stronger than its branches.
'I am a banyan…'
In the promo clip going viral, Tej Pratap is seen saying that when he faltered, many people were enjoying it. After this, he linked himself to the banyan tree and mentioned his strong roots and said that this is why he is coming to make a splash in 'Rise and Fall'.
His promo is presented in the context of the show's power game, where contestants are placed in the roles of rulers and workers and the positions of power keep changing.
'Darbar' will be organized in the penthouse
Tej Pratap has also hinted about his strategy in the show in the promo. He said that he will not just capture the penthouse, but will also hold a 'darbar' there and rule over the people living in the basement.
He also said that the world should be told that the entire Bihar is his family. These statements are part of the promo of his show.
Virender Sehwag will take charge of the show
The first season of 'Rise and Fall' was hosted by Ashneer Grover. In the second season, former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag will be seen in the role of host. He is debuting as an OTT host through this show.
The format of the show is based on the ups and downs of power. The positions of rulers and workers fluctuate between contestants, and the balance of power in the game can change through strategy, challenges, alliances, and voting.
Who will be seen?
Apart from Tej Pratap Yadav, names like Swara Bhaskar, Shehzad Poonawala, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Karan Patel have already appeared in the second season. Later, other contestants including Sara Gurpal and Kajal Raghwani were also announced. According to reports, there will be a total of 15 contestants in the second season.
