Lucknow. Samajwadi Party has intensified its preparations for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2027. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, while addressing a press conference in Lucknow after the state executive meeting, said that the party's votes will be increased by 27 thousand in every assembly constituency and the BJP's votes will be reduced by the same amount.

Reiterating his old promises for women, Akhilesh Yadav said that if Samajwadi Party government is formed, women will be given Rs 2 lakh. Apart from the Samajwadi pension, he has also announced a loan of Rs 40 thousand. Taking aim at BJP, he alleged that BJP is taking loan to give Rs 1 lakh to women. SP will also take a loan from the same bank and give Rs 2 lakh to the women. During this the question was asked from where will you give. So he said that we will give Rs 2 lakh according to the same rules with which BJP is promising to give Rs 1 lakh.
Target to increase 27 thousand votes on every seat: Akhilesh
Akhilesh Yadav said that he held a meeting with all the state executive members and officials. We have decided that in 2027 we will work to increase 27 thousand votes in every assembly. It can also be said that it will work to reduce BJP's 27 thousand votes in every assembly. He also said that in 2027 the party will reach out to all those families who have faced atrocities and injustice.
Akhilesh Yadav claimed that if SP government is formed in UP, 'Kanya Vidyadhan Yojana' can be started again. Under this, Rs 50,000 will be given to 12th pass girl students. Earlier, Rs 30,000 was available under this scheme. Not only this, just before the elections they are also bringing their old plans into discussion afresh. Relying on schemes like unemployment allowance, Kanya Vidyadhan and distribution of laptops to meritorious students, they are again preparing to make a masterstroke. These announcements are being made especially keeping in mind the more than 7 crore women voters of UP along with Gen-Z.

Let us tell you that Kanya Vidyadhan Yojana was started during the tenure of Mulayam Singh Yadav. Under this, financial assistance of Rs 20 thousand was given to 12th pass girl students for higher education. After assuming power in March 2012, Akhilesh Yadav not only continued this scheme but also increased its amount to Rs 30 thousand. This money was sent to the bank accounts of girl students who passed 12th with good marks from UP Board, CBSE and ICSE. Now once again Akhilesh Yadav has promised to start it. If SP government is formed, its amount will also be increased to Rs 50 thousand.
Akhilesh Yadav lashed out at BJP
Accusing the BJP government of fake cases, the SP chief said that if the Samajwadi Party government is formed in 2027, then the fake cases registered during the BJP rule will be reviewed and ended. He also attacked the issue of youth unemployment and reservation. He said that the youth have become unemployed on a large scale. They did not get government jobs and their rights and reservations were taken away. Citing the audit of reservation, he claimed that the government has played with the reservation and the BJP has not been able to reply even a single page to these audits.
Akhilesh Yadav also raised the issue of damaging the statues of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. He alleged that more than 151 statues were broken or defaced during the BJP government. These also include many undocumented cases. Statues have been damaged in 72 districts of Uttar Pradesh. He said that BJP is deliberately trying to change the Constitution by doing this.
Party spokesperson Manoj Yadav said that in the SP government, poor women were given a pension of Rs 500 every month. Girl students were given assistance of Rs 30 thousand under Kanya Vidyadhan Yojana. New schemes for women will be started if SP government is formed in 2027
