heating method

Now light the gas and place the coconut directly on the flame. Cook it from all sides for 1 to 2 minutes while rotating it with the help of tongs. When heated, the outer hard part of the coconut will start cracking on its own and its grip on the kernel will loosen. Then turn off the gas and let the coconut cool for 1 minute. After this, hit the coconut 2-4 times with a rolling pin or a light hammer, the entire peel will immediately separate and the whole kernel will come out.
freezer method
Many people also adopt this method. If you want, you can also adopt this trick. For this, extract the coconut water completely. Seal it in a plastic bag or keep it directly in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Due to the cold of the freezer, the moisture inside the coconut shrinks, due to which the kernel and the peel separate. After some time, take it out and hit it 2-3 times with some heavy object. This will remove all the peel and the kernel will come out easily.
