Lucknow. Study tables have been provided to about 1 lakh children in four districts of Devipatan division. Children are excited to have a separate place to study at home. Many students have also sent letters to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath thanking him for this initiative.
Children decorated their letters in different ways. Some made figures of flowers while others carved pictures of study tables and books. Some girl students also gave the message of 'Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao' by drawing a picture of the Chief Minister.

Saba of class six told that earlier she could not find a suitable place to study at home. After getting the study table, studying became easier and it is also convenient to sit for a long time. According to Nuzhat Fatima of class seven, now she is able to concentrate more on her studies, homework and revision work.

According to Divisional Commissioner Durga Shakti Nagpal, study tables have been distributed in four districts under the 'Flight of Education' campaign.

Along with meritorious students from rural areas, girl students of Kasturba Gandhi Girls Schools have also been included in this initiative. According to officials, this campaign to provide better environment for children to study will continue in future also.
